Objectives
• To prevent any form of sexual harassment and ensure a safe, dignified, and inclusive environment for women on campus.
• To eliminate gender-based discrimination or behaviour that affects academic, professional, or personal growth.
• To safeguard the fundamental rights and dignity of every woman and provide a secure platform for raising concerns.
Roles & Responsibilities
• To help women understand and exercise their rights to safety, freedom, and equality.
• To treat sexual harassment as a serious misconduct and initiate strict disciplinary action against the offender.
• To support and guide victims in filing complaints without fear or hesitation.
• To maintain confidentiality of all complaints and ensure fair, unbiased inquiry procedures.
• To conduct regular awareness programmes for students and staff on sexual harassment laws, prevention, and reporting mechanisms.
Victims can submit their complaint immediately through the contact number of the Principal or the members of the Internal Complaint Committee (ICC).
All complaints will be handled confidentially and promptly.
